Travelling in the time of COVID-19

In light of the recent outbreak of COVID-19 worldwide, Greyhound and Citiliner would like to assure our passengers that we take our passengers health and safety very seriously.

While we have always implemented a strict deep cleaning process on our busses, we would like to assure our passengers that this also includes a strict sanitation of all surfaces on our coaches at the depots.

During this time, we urge our passengers to take necessary precautions to aid in preventative measures of contracting COVID-19 whilst travelling.

Should passengers wish to cancel or postpone travel due to COVID-19 then a travel voucher for full value of ticket will be issued with no penalties. However, if a passenger wishes to refund their ticket then our refund policy outlined in our T&C’s will apply.
