A new route! PTA-Jo’burg to PE – via cracking Cradock! Let’s explore…
It’s here – Citiliner has introduced its new Cradock route and we can’t wait to shout about it. So, here we are, shouting about it! Yes, our new route now heads to Port Elizabeth from Pretoria/Johannesburg via the Karoo-gem of Cradock, and you can now hop-on and hop-off all the way there and back again via a series of carefully laid out stops that carve through the backbone of our extraordinary and ever-vast South Africa.
When our passengers demanded a route that takes them via Cradock, we delivered. Now, getting to Cradock is that much more affordable (and comfortable), which is good news: Good news because Cradock has quite literally been the hub of the Karoo for millennia, as you can find rock paintings and engravings of hunter-gatherers all about it, which literally date back thousands of years.
That’s not all: The Mountain Zebra National Park is just up the road too, which is home to the once-endangered Mountain Zebra and a series of fantastic big cats, including Africa’s fastest, the Cheetah, that all dwell in this most parched and astonishing of natural settings – the Karoo. It’s another one of the growing reasons to head to Cradock – if, of course, you’re not heading there already and call the place home.
Yes, it is now officially the most comfortable and affordable way for students to travel back home, and those studying in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Bloem can now rest easy knowing they’ve chosen the finest-maintained fleet in the country. Call it the freshest bus-going solution to Cradock if you wish, which is something we’re used to: As the one of the most successful and recognized coach service companies in the world, it makes sense for us to offer new routes to add to the many national and international ones we already provide.
